Andersons at Highlanes Gallery is a continental style café providing a unique food experience in a relaxing ambience and strives for quality, innovation, style and tradition with particular emphasis on customer service.

The café fare comprises a range of soups, salads, gourmet sandwiches and wraps. It has introduced charcuterie, fish and cheese platters using the best of Irish and European produce ranging from organic Irish farmhouse cheese to French pâtés; and from locally produced chutneys and relishes to Italian cured meats and olives. The wine selection will have an exciting and diverse range of fine wine and champagne. A fine selection of pastries, gâteaux and desserts as well as illy coffee and Ronnefeldt speciality teas are also available.

Andersons which has a seating capacity of just over 50 is open 6 days a week. There is also outdoor seating at the main entrance to the gallery under a canopy.
